Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the Hauler Pro Shop website (“Site”) and completing a purchase, you enter into a legally binding contract. This Site operates exclusively as an Ecommerce Retailer of physical goods; no professional services, consulting, or ongoing maintenance are provided under these terms. Hauler Pro Shop reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

To mitigate unauthorized transactions, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • The billing information provided matches the records of the financial institution. You authorize Hauler Pro Shop to perform identity verification checks if flagged by our risk management systems. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails fraud scrubbing protocols without prior notice.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

In accordance with the FTC’s “Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule”:

  • Shipping Timelines: We aim to ship within the timeframe stated on the product page. If no time is stated, we will ship within 30 days.
  • Delay Notifications: If a delay occurs, we will notify you and provide a revised shipping date. Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to the “Processing” status. Once an order is sent to the warehouse (typically within 2-4 hours), it is deemed “In-Flight” and cannot be cancelled.

4. Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written consent.

5. Product Information and Pricing

To prevent “Return Abuse” and “Wardrobing,” Hauler Pro Shop enforces a high-friction, multi-step Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an official RMA Number.

Action Required by Customer

1. Request

Must be submitted via the Portal within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Evidence

High-resolution photos of the unopened packaging and serial numbers are required.

3.Inspection

If an RMA is granted, the item must be returned at the customer’s expense via a tracked and insured carrier.

4. Finality

Items showing any signs of use, seal-tampering, or missing original packaging will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • Restocking Fees: All approved returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee to cover inspection and administrative costs.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Orders and Payment

All products are sold “As-Is” at the point of shipment. Hauler Pro Shop disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific item in dispute. We are not liable for incidental damages, “lost profits,” or shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS).

7. Shipping and Delivery

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal proceedings, including small claims or arbitration to recover funds from a reversed chargeback, shall be held exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If any portion of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining “No-Chargeback” and “RMA Procedure” clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
